A: Your first visit is designed to be simple and welcoming. You’ll complete your intake forms online ahead of time, and your appointment will include a conversation about your concerns, goals, and care needs. If appropriate, a gentle adjustment may be performed. Your first visit will take approximately 30 minutes.
Q: Do I need ongoing care?
A: Regular visits aren’t about creating dependence—they’re about supporting your body over time. At Haven, we prioritize long-term health, helping children grow optimally, supporting moms during and after pregnancy, and assisting adults in staying active, recovering faster, and feeling their best.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: No. Being cash-based means your care is tailored to you and your family, not limited by insurance rules or approvals. It allows us to provide the care your body truly needs and keep pricing simple, clear, and predictable.
Q: Am I allowed to linger at Haven?
