Hello and Welcome 🤗
I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself 🤍

My name is Amy, a licensed massage therapist and the heart behind Peaceful Wellness studio.

I was born and raised in Thailand and came to the U.S. as an exchange student in my 20s. Life has taken me around a bit, and somehow I found my way here to the Pacific Northwest 🫶

I’ve been practicing Thai traditional bodywork for over 12 years, now blending traditional Thai massage with Western therapeutic techniques. My work focuses on pain relief, injury recovery, preventative care, and helping your body feel more balanced long-term.

I naturally lean toward deeper, intentional bodywork while still creating space for relaxation. I support clients experiencing chronic pain, post-injury recovery, postural imbalances, jaw tension, headaches and migraines, scar tissue, trigger points, and prenatal and postnatal care for mamas 🤍

Lately, I’ve also been integrating breathwork and anxiety-release techniques to help calm the nervous system for those who feel caught in fight-or-flight, especially supportive during PMS or times of stress.

I recently moved my practice to Edmonds and am currently welcoming new clients 🤍

Outside the studio, I love staying active, reading, meditating, cooking, spending time with my husband, and discovering good food spots around town.

Thanks so much for being here 🤍
Whether you’re new or returning, I’d love to help your body feel lighter and more at ease. Can’t wait to welcome you into my space 🫶
See ya in Edmonds!

🌿 Massage isn’t just a luxury, it’s one of the most important ways I take care of myself, and I love sharing that with others.

Every time I work in this space, I’m reminded that our bodies carry more than we realize - stress, tension, worry. A massage gives you a chance to slow down, breathe, and just be.

It’s not just a massage - it’s a moment to reconnect with yourself. 💛

Hi everyone,

Green grass has that quiet, grounding energy… like my nervous system can finally exhale.

I love how calm it feels to walk barefoot on grass or sit in a park.
Nature doesn’t rush, doesn’t judge, doesn’t ask anything from you.
It just holds you. 🌱

This is the kind of energy I hope to bring into every session.

My last month of work in the Greater Seattle area.

My heart is in the work I do with those who come to me for healing -
caring for them and helping them connect with their bodies.

I want to quietly focus on my craft - away from noise, crowds, or the center of attention.

I don’t aim to see a lot of people in a day.
I want to truly help a few
until they feel normal again, or no longer need my massage.

This creates space for those still seeking healing.

I trust that my craft can bring healing to others.
Those who know, know.

I’m so proud of you for taking care of your health.
And I hope to continue supporting your healing journey.

I’ll share details of my Edmonds location once everything is ready.
For clients who can’t follow me yet, I’ll be here until the end of this month.
I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

Peaceful Wellness is moving! 🤍

After 3 amazing years serving my clients in the Greater Seattle area, I’m so grateful for the trust, opportunities, and support that have brought me to this next chapter.

Starting March 10th, my massage practice will be relocating to a new space in Edmonds — a more comfortable, spacious, and relaxing environment, while keeping the same heart-centered care you know and trust.

I’ll still be seeing clients at my Roosevelt location through the end of February, and I deeply appreciate your support during this transition.

I can’t wait to welcome you to the new space!

Your trust and support mean the world to me it’s an honor to be part of your healing journey.

💆🏻‍♀️ How Often Should You Get a Massage?

It differs from person to person. Massage has amazing health benefits that are best experienced regularly, but how often you get a massage depends on your general health, your goals, your reasons for getting a massage, how you felt after your last session, your schedule, and of course, your time and budget.

✨ For general wellness or stress relief:
Once a month may help keep muscles loose and your mind relaxed.

🧘🏻‍♀️ For high-stress lifestyles:
One massage every 1–2 weeks can help you establish a pattern of relaxation.

🏃🏻‍♂️ For athletes or active individuals:
Massage can enhance performance, prevent injury, and speed recovery. Depending on your activity level, sessions may be needed 1–3 times per month.

🌿 For chronic pain or specific issues:
Such as headaches, shoulder or low-back pain, chronic muscle tension, or long-term musculoskeletal issues, you may need massage more frequently for a shorter period of time. Typically, weekly visits for three to six weeks can help overcome a chronic problem. The frequency varies according to the type of ailment or injury, as well as your overall health. Adjust as you progress and discuss with your therapist.

🤰🏻 For pregnancy:
Prenatal massage once or twice a month can help ease aches and discomfort — always check with your doctor first.

💫 Remember:
Everyone is different. Your health, lifestyle, and goals determine how often you need massage. If you’re healthy with no aches or pains, get massage as often as you like. Your frequency may change as your needs do.
