Maybe you wonder why the name 3Sixty?
It can be hard to name a business. You go back and forth, wondering if it’s right. Almost seven years ago, as I was starting out as a personal trainer, I was asking myself those same questions. Eventually, I landed on 3Sixty Personal Training. When I chose that name, my vision was simple: a place for everyone. A gym where we could train across all spectrums of life. Strength, cardio, kids, adults, older adults. When I first started, I’ll admit, I thought personal training was about helping people look better. I think that’s what the industry often sells. But over the past seven years, I’ve learned this work is so much more than appearances. It’s about strength for life: moving with confidence, recovering from injuries, staying independent, living fully. Looking better can happen, but it was never the point. Today, our team is made up of trainers with different experiences. Most in their 40s, some in their 20s, but we all share the same passion. Our clients range from10-year-old athletes to adults in their 80s, But the purpose is the same: to stay capable and keep doing what they love. We also believe in learning constantly. We invest in continuing education so we can serve people of all ages and needs. Recently, my dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s, and that made my mission feel even more personal. It underscored what I’ve come to believe so deeply. Exercise isn’t about fitness in the narrow sense. It’s about preserving function and independence and quality of life for as long as possible. So this is what 3Sixty stands for. We help all people get stronger for the life they want to live. Whether you’re 10 or 80, an athlete or just starting out, we’re here to give you the strength, confidence, and ability to keep doing what matters most to you. That’s what 3Sixty means to me!
