We love fluoride and for good reason!

Here are a few fun facts:
Fluoride helps strengthen tooth enamel and makes teeth more resistant to acid attacks.

Fluoride can occur naturally in water and is also found in foods and beverages, including tea.

About 99% of the fluoride retained in the body is found in bones and teeth.

Tea plants can absorb fluoride from the soil, which is one reason brewed tea can contain more fluoride than many other foods.

Mark is joining us as a dental intern and is already bringing so much positive energy to the office. When he is not busy learning the ins and outs of integrative dental care, you will find him on the water. Mark is an avid rower, which means early mornings and a whole lot of discipline.

He also comes from great dental roots. His father is a dentist, so the passion for patient care runs in the family.
