If you’re new here, welcome, and thank you for joining us!

I’m Chinwe, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, founder of EverBloom Holistic Nursing and EverBloom Foundation, and a proud mom of two neurodivergent children.

I created this community to connect and support families raising neurodivergent children. I’ll be sharing helpful resources, local events, support services, and opportunities for families.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this page and inviting other parents and caregivers to join. Together, we can build a supportive community where no family feels alone.

I’m so excited to be out in the community over the next couple of months! If you’re attending any of these events, please stop by and say hi. I’d love to meet you, hear your story, answer any questions, and connect with other neurodivergent families. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hi everyone! If you’re new here, welcome! Thank you so much for joining this community.

I created this group because I know how important it is for neurodivergent families to have a place where we can connect, support one another, and share helpful resources.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and also a mom to autistic children, this is something that’s very close to my heart.

If you know another parent or caregiver who would benefit from being here, please invite them to join and help spread the word. The more families we reach, the stronger our community becomes. Thank you for being here!

Back-to-school season is here and kindness should always be on the school supply list. đź’š

Teach your child to include, understand, and be kind to children who may communicate, learn, or experience the world differently. One kind child can make school feel safer for everyone.

Please like and share so more families can hear this message.

Welcome to Neurodivergent Families of Sacramento & Elk Grove!

Hello everyone! My name is Chinwe, and I’m glad you’re here.

I created this community to be a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space for parents, caregivers, and families raising neurodivergent children. Whether your child has autism, ADHD, sensory differences, learning differences, or another neurodevelopmental condition, you are welcome here.

Being a neurodivergent family can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. My hope is that this community becomes a place where we can:
Share resources and recommendations
Celebrate milestones-big and small
Ask questions without fear of judgment
Encourage and support one another
Learn, grow, and build meaningful connections

As both a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a parent of neurodivergent children, I understand the joys, challenges, and unique journey many families experience. My goal is to help build a community where every family feels seen, heard, and supported.

If you know a parent, caregiver, family member, educator, or friend who supports a neurodivergent child, please invite them to join our community. The more we grow, the more we can learn from and support one another.

Thank you for being here. I can’t wait to get to know each of you!

Welcome to the family!
