Gifting wellness is a beautiful way to show someone you care and want the very best for them. 💙

At FWG, we curate unique gifts that inspire joy, wellness, calm, and comfort for your loved ones—and for YOU!

From healthier product swaps and seasonal elderberry teas to charming succulents, our gifts encourage little moments of self-care every day. Did you know that simply adding a plant to your workspace or bedside table can bring a touch of nature into your day, brighten your space, and create a calming atmosphere? 🌿

I’m currently working with a client on a custom gift featuring a mini cup paired with a succulent as the focal point. The beauty of this little cup is its versatility—it can hold tea, bone broth, nuts, or even a tiny succulent or air plant. A thoughtful gift that’s both beautiful and functional!

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is helping clients bring their gifting ideas to life. By learning about the recipient—their personality, interests, and the little things they love—we can create something truly personal and meaningful.

Because the best gifts do more than look beautiful. They remind someone that they are seen, appreciated, and cared for. 💙

Thoughtful gifting. Everyday wellness. A little joy in every detail.

#2 item I would buy to build out my health cabinet...

Tackle It Tuesday: Oil of Oregano

Like Silver being around for what seems like forever, oregano is a healing herb that has been used for thousands of years for many remedies including respiratory issues. While the herb tastes so good seasoning meat, sauces and more, in a carrier of honey or in this case oil, it acts as medicine.

From tooth aches to digestive issues to healing our bodies when we present with symptoms due to mitochondrial dysfunction, a simple bottle of Oil of Oregano is an inexpensive item to have in your health cabinet as a preventative or treatment.

I like to use this with EVOO or MCT oil as an oral rinse as our mouths are a gateway to our overall health.

Having silver and oil of oregano on hand is comforting. I take them prophylactically so it is habit forming. If I ever do feel unwell, easy to remember to take therapeutically by upping my daily dose until symptoms cease.

A few weeks ago I storied my top 10 items I would buy to build out my health cabinet. I no longer call it a medicine cabinet because I don't have any medicine in it 🤣.

Tackle It Tuesday: Bio-Active Silver Hydrosol

My own personal experience. The last time I was truly sick was December 2021. Believe me, I have fought things, I have been hormonally unwell but I have not had anything take me under in almost 5 years. Following this illness I ended up with a sinus infection. I use to get them yearly when I worked as an Audiologist always taking antibiotics and nasal sprays and periodically as a SAHM and some were pretty bad. I was not interested in going in to a doctor's office then, nor am I now. Luckily I had a friend tell me to get this and use it 7 times a day until symptoms left. I did. It burned. I almost gave up. I didn't. It left me after 6 days, not 6 weeks or 6 months. And it has never returned.

Sovereign Silver is made up of 99.999@ pure silver suspended in purified water, 10 ppm (a very low dose.) You can take this daily as a preventative. Just 1 tsp under tongue for 30 seconds. You can also take this up to 7 times a day as a therapeutic for immune support. In my experience over almost 5 years, the sooner I take silver when I experience symptoms the faster those symptoms leave. Silver can't be patented and phArmA can't make money off it so it's why you probably don't know about its health benefits unless you are in the functional health world.

You can get a travel kit with different applicators or choose the one for you. I only sell the 2 oz applicators so you can travel with them. Be cost effective by getting the 16 or 32 oz immune support refills. This sits on my counter and my family, well at least my husband and I do our tsp almost daily. Zero taste, zero side effects and my #1 choice for building out your HEALTH cabinet.

We are always stocked at the store and online with silver because it is a game changer all year long. It is highly recommended during the early school year and fall/winter when we are spending more time indoors.
