Tayler’s goal was to continue her weight-loss journey while incorporating resistance training so she could build muscle while dropping body fat.
She had already made major progress before working with me, but the next step was making sure her training supported the body composition changes she wanted — not just chasing a lower number on the scale.
As her body changed, the plan had to change with her. That meant adjusting structure, staying consistent with resistance training, and continuing to make decisions that supported long-term progress instead of short-term fixes.

Tips from Tayler’s journey:
✅ Be adaptive — as your body changes, your structure has to change too

✅ Use resistance training to help build muscle while dropping body fat

✅ Don’t only chase scale weight; focus on building a stronger body
Tayler didn’t just lose weight. She built a stronger foundation, kept adapting, and stayed committed to the process even as the plan evolved.
Result: 40–50 lbs down with GoodMuscle, and almost 100 lbs down total.

Keith came in with the goal of dropping body fat, building muscle, and feeling more confident.
His schedule made it tough. Keith works nights, so planning workouts, meals, and food tracking wasn’t exactly convenient. But once he made it a priority, it started becoming part of his normal routine instead of something he had to constantly fight.
The biggest turning point was tracking his food. After only 7 weeks of tracking, Keith dropped 15 lbs and had a huge visual difference. He also trained 3x per week during the process so we could make sure he was losing body fat without sacrificing muscle.

Tips from Keith’s journey:
✅ Prioritize protein — it makes staying full during a diet much easier

✅ Have structure around how much you should be eating each day

✅ You can make great progress training 3x per week if your workouts are efficient
Keith didn’t need to live in the gym or have a perfect schedule. He needed structure, consistency, and a plan that worked around his night-shift routine.
Result: 15 lbs down in 7 weeks with a huge visual difference.

Brandy wanted to lose weight and feel better, but the biggest thing she needed was a plan that actually matched what was going on in her body.
What changed everything wasn’t a new magic workout or some extreme diet. It was getting bloodwork done, learning what was really going on, and adjusting the plan around hormonal changes instead of pretending those things didn’t matter.
From there, we focused on making the plan realistic, sustainable, and specific to her. Once we had better information, we could make better decisions with her nutrition, training, and consistency.

Tips from Brandy’s journey:
✅ Get real information, don’t just guess

✅ Adjust the plan around what your body needs

✅ Stay consistent even when progress requires patience
Brandy didn’t need a punishment plan, a fad diet, or a “just work harder” approach. She needed the right information, the right adjustments, and a plan built around her real life.
Result: 50+ lbs down.

Curtis wanted to lose weight and tighten things up, but his biggest struggle was his diet — especially taking the time to cook his own food and stay consistent with it.
The biggest difference for him was having more structure around food. Knowing when to eat, how much to eat, and what to eat made his day-to-day routine a lot easier to follow.
Once Curtis had a clear plan, it wasn’t about guessing anymore. He had structure, accountability, and a better system for making food decisions instead of trying to wing it every day.

Tips from Curtis’ journey:
✅ Have structure around your food

✅ Know when, how much, and what to eat

✅ The more consistent you are, the faster results tend to come
Curtis didn’t need anything extreme. He needed a food plan that gave him structure, made his daily decisions easier, and helped him stay consistent long enough to see the change.
Result: around 15 lbs down and multiple inches off his waist.

Michelle wanted to make progress, but the biggest thing she needed was a plan that didn’t make nutrition feel miserable or overly strict.
Instead of pushing her to follow a perfect diet, we focused on helping her make better decisions one step at a time. The goal wasn’t to force nutrition changes — it was to help her build enough momentum that she actually wanted to make those changes for herself.
From there, she stayed consistent with training 3x per week and continued stacking better habits. That combination of consistency, better choices, and doing it for the right reasons made the difference.
Tips from this Michelles journey:
✅ Don’t make nutrition harder than it needs to be

✅ Train consistently each week

✅ Commit to yourself, not other people

She didn’t need to be perfect, and she didn’t need someone forcing a strict plan on her. She needed consistency, support, and a reason that actually mattered to her.
The biggest lesson: don’t do it for other people. Do it because you decided you’re worth showing up for.

This client is a busy mom who wanted to lose weight and see real results without needing to go to a public gym.
Her biggest struggle was making home workouts actually work. She didn’t just want to “stay active” — she wanted progress she could actually see and feel.
The turning point was realizing most weight loss progress comes from nutrition first. From there, the focus became staying consistent with workouts, logging food, and making the plan fit around two kids and a full family schedule.

Tips from this client’s journey:
✅ Make nutrition the main focus

✅ Log your food consistently

✅ Train with intention, even with limited equipment
She didn’t need a public gym or a perfect schedule. Just consistent home workouts, better nutrition habits, and a plan that worked with real mom life.
Result: 30+ lbs down without using a public gym.

Clint wanted to get in shape and lose weight but the biggest thing he needed was a higher level of accountability. He had a good idea of house to portion control food, but having a few very specific goals made the difference.

The first couple week all Clint did was reduce his soda intake. Before we even started training he had dropped close to 10lbs!

After that is was our team work to continue monitoring and tweaking his nutrition along with great workout to help facilitate his weight-loss goals!

Tips from Clint's Journey :

✅ Track your food
✅ Reduce added sugar intake
✅ Stay consistent with your exercise

We didn't do any crazy fad diets or sauna tortures, just high accountability and consistency.
