Yoga is a practice.
It’s not something you do. It’s a way of being
It’s who you are in this moment, and how you choose to meet yourself, again and again.
Some days the practice feels effortless. Other days it asks you to stay when everything in you wants to leave. Both are part of the practice.
This work has been my guide, my career, and my life for more than 25 years. It has carried me through seasons of joy, seasons of uncertainty, and seasons of profound change.
Every time I return to my mat, I leave knowing something I didn’t know when I arrived.
Over time, the practice begins to settle into you. It moves beyond something you do for an hour and becomes the way you breathe, the way you listen, the way you move through your relationships and your life. That’s what embodiment has always meant to me.
Yoga was never about mastering a pose.
It’s about learning to be present for your own life.
And that’s a practice I’ll keep returning to.
🤍 We’re in a season of growth and expansion - the practice is paramount.
I hope to see you in the mat at The Embodied Practice Room. 🔗LINK IN BIO
