This may be hard to hear but …

People get attached to who you were when your existence felt predictable to them.

⚡️The version of you that always said yes.
⚡️The version that tolerated more than you should have.
⚡️The version that stayed quiet, stayed available, stayed familiar.

So when you begin changing — when you start creating boundaries, protecting your peace, choosing yourself, moving with more confidence, or wanting more out of life — it can make people uncomfortable.
