I have an actual bucket of old supplements sitting in my house. And yes, I’m keeping them for content. 😂

But seriously, I had SO many things in my routine at one point.

Every bottle had a reason for being there when I started it. A lab result, a protocol, a practitioner recommendation.

And then the next thing would get added. And the next.

Some of them helped. Some helped for a while. Others I honestly couldn’t tell you what they were doing anymore.

Which makes me wish I’d spent more time asking these three questions before my cabinet became a supplement graveyard.

This kind of sorting is part of what we do early in my coaching program, The Gut Reset Method. Because I desperately needed someone to sit down with me and help me figure out what was actually helping, what I was still doing out of habit, and whether any of it still made sense.

Instead, I just kept adding to the pile.

10/10 for following instructions. 0/10 for questioning them. 😂

Anyone else been the world’s most compliant patient? 🤔

Constipation feeds itself, and the mechanics of that deserve more attention.

Stool sits longer, more water gets absorbed from it, and what’s left can become harder to pass.

Then passing it can be uncomfortable. You strain, maybe don’t fully empty, or start putting it off because who has 20 minutes to sit in the bathroom hoping something happens?

And repeatedly ignoring the urge can make constipation worse.

The longer this goes on, the harder things can get.

This is also why adding more fiber isn’t always the answer. Fiber can absolutely help, but if you’re already struggling to move your bowels, adding more can sometimes leave you feeling fuller, more bloated, and no more regular.

One thing worth looking at before adding another supplement is your morning routine.

Your colon is naturally more active after waking, and eating breakfast can stimulate another wave of movement.

So give yourself a little room to work with that.

Some light, a little movement, something to drink, something to eat, and a few minutes where you’re not rushing to get out the door.

It’s not going to solve every kind of constipation. There can be a lot more going on with motility, hormones, medications, and how your pelvic floor is functioning.

But it’s one piece worth paying attention to.

I wrote the whole morning order out on one page, with a three-morning check-in so you can start noticing what your body responds to.

Comment ORDER and I’ll send it to you.

1. Your bowel movements.

When did you last go?
And did it actually feel complete?

If you’re already backed up, that can absolutely affect how you feel after you eat. You may notice the bloating after lunch, but that doesn’t necessarily mean lunch is what caused all of it.

2. How you ate. Not just what you ate.

How much did you eat? Was it mostly raw? Did you eat fast? Were you sitting down or eating while working?

A big raw salad eaten quickly at your desk can feel very different than a smaller portion of cooked vegetables eaten more slowly.

That doesn’t mean raw vegetables are “bad.” It just gives you more context.

3. When the bloating actually started.

Was it right after you ate?
An hour later?
A few hours later?

Was your stomach already starting to feel full or uncomfortable before lunch?

This is one of the first things I’d want to know because timing gives you a lot more information than just, “I ate this and then I got bloated.”

Food matters.

But when every bloated day turns into trying to figure out which food caused it, it’s really easy to miss everything else that was going on around that meal.

I made a one-page thing for exactly this. Same meal, two different days, and a short list of what to notice around each one. Takes about two minutes each time.

Comment TWICE and I’ll send it to you.

I’m a very committed person.

Mostly a good thing.

It also means I got REALLY good at some gut-health stuff that wasn’t actually helping. 😂

Two years of restriction. A morning p**p routine with more steps than my skincare. A food log detailed enough to count as a thesis.

None of it came from a lack of effort. I was doing everything I could think of.

It just took me a while to realize that getting better at managing my entire life around my gut wasn’t necessarily helping my gut take up less of my life.

That’s exactly why I made The Gut Clarity Map. It’s one of the three guides in The Gut Overload Bundle, and it helps you look at everything you’re doing for your gut, see what’s actually helping, and find one place that could get 10% easier.

$47 through tonight. Then it goes back to $67.

If you’ve been working on your gut for a while, you probably don’t need more information. You have plenty.

The food lists. The protocols. The supplements. The screenshots. The saved podcasts. The seven different theories about your “root cause.”

I had SO much information… and absolutely no idea what to do with all of it.

So I made The Gut Overload Bundle.

Three short guides built around the three questions I desperately needed help answering:

1. Why did that happen?
The Healthier I Ate, the More Bloated I Became walks you through the Gut Overload Cycle, so one reaction doesn’t automatically send another food to the “probably shouldn’t eat” list.

2. What am I even doing all of this for?
The Gut Clarity Map helps you look at everything you’re currently doing for your gut. What’s actually helping, what you’re not so sure about anymore, and one place things could get even 10% easier.

3. Okay… but what do I eat?
Food That Meets You Where You Are gives you simple meals built around where your digestion is right now.

And yes, there are actual recipes you’ll want to eat. 😂

No 30-day protocol. No giant elimination list. No tracking and analyzing every bite.

Just a way to step back, sort through the pile, and decide what actually deserves your attention NOW. So the next time you bloat, your first thought isn’t automatically “what did I eat?”

You’ve probably spent more than $47 on one bottle of supplements you’re still not sure is doing anything.

The bundle is regularly $67. Through Friday, it’s $47.
