Men and women alike, but especially men, put off time for themselves. They take the extra shift, they pick up a side hustle on the weekend.

I’ve heard a lot of men say that they’ll relax and have a good time when, “the job is over”, “this time in life has passed..”, “this goal has been accomplished..”, etc.

Taking time for yourself isn’t weakness. It isn’t selfish. It shouldn’t be done rarely.

How do you successfully complete a job with worn down, broken tools? 👀

Self care is randomly seeing there’s a negative low tide at 10:30p, and knowing that’s some of the best times to find cool beach s**t.

Do random stuff, live a little, and enjoy every moment 🩵💙
