A huge thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the soon-to-open PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Hampden at our ribbon-cutting Tuesday night. The team is excited to start serving patients beginning June 16!

The 42-bed facility marks the company's first Pennsylvania rehabilitation hospital and will serve patients with debilitating injuries and conditions.

💙 In 2025, Lynnsay Robertson, a 32-year-old professional ballroom dancer in Las Vegas, was teaching a dance class when she suddenly lost control of her left arm and her ability to speak. Her co-teacher - a nursing student at the time - immediately recognized what was happening: Lynnsay was having a stroke.

After spending some time in the acute care hospital, Lynnsay chose to come to PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Centennial Hills for her rehabilitation and embarked on the long road to recovery. Lynnsay is living proof that strokes can impact people of any age and that early intervention and rehabilitation are critical to optimal outcomes.

🧠 In honor of Stroke Awareness Month, we encourage everyone to learn the early warning signs of a stroke, like Lynnsay's co-teacher did. You could help save a life. Remember the acronym B.E. F.A.S.T.

B - Balance or coordination loss
E - Eyes (impaired vision)

F - Facial drooping
A - Arm weakness
S - Speech impairment
T - Time - Acting quickly can make all the difference!

This fall, more patients in Florida will have access to PAM Health's rehabilitation services with the addition of PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel, Florida, and PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Pensacola. The first four photos are of the Pensacola location and the second four are of Wiregrass Ranch, which will open first. We are looking forward to opening these two new, state-of-the-art hospitals and helping more people on their road to recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or other serious medical condition.

🏥 Hospital Week has been an incredible celebration of what PAM Health is all about: our people and their dedication to transformative, patient-centered care in their communities.

💙 Every day this week, our teams across the country have come together for fun activities, spirit days, special treats from generous community partners, and more celebrations. In between the hustle and bustle of patient care, therapy schedules, and day-to-day hospital operations, it's truly special that our teams could carve out moments of quality time together to appreciate their hard work.

✌️ We hope that patients got a kick out of the '70s-themed decor, Mickey Mouse ears, and other quirky sightings!
