Our phone message after our office closure will be the following.

Thank you for calling Enterprise Women’s Center. Please note this office is now permanently closed as of March 31, 2026. We are no longer seeing patients or scheduling appointments at this office. For appointments with Dr. Heim contact Dothan OBGYN at 334-673-3633.

Dr. Pollard has not returned to work at this time and Candace Henderson CRNP will be going to Lyster Army Health Clinic. Medical Center Enterprise will have access to our records, you may contact them at 334-348-8851.

For billing questions you may send a message through the patient portal or email [email protected]. Please contact your new doctor for prescriptions or refills.

We realize there are a lot of questions about our future here at Enterprise Women's Center, so we would like to provide an update.

As many of you are aware, Dr. Pollard has been away from the office since July 2025 due to some significant health issues. This has left Dr. Heim as the only delivering physician. This is not a sustainable situation long-term. Recruitment efforts by the hospital for other physicians in our area are ongoing.

With this in mind, Dr. Heim has made the decision to join a group in Dothan. March 31st, 2026 will be his last day with Enterprise Women's Center. He will be joining Dothan OBGYN and will be delivering obstetrical patients and performing gynecologic surgery at Southeast Health in Dothan.

Dr. Heim will continue to see obstetric and gynecologic patients in our office in Enterprise until the end of March. Patients will have the opportunity to transfer their care with him to Dothan OBGYN. We realize that this is not an ideal situation for some of our patients. We would love for all of our patients to transfer with him, but for those who make other arrangements we will gladly assist you in a transfer of your records.

We will provide an update about Dr. Pollard and our Nurse Practitioner Candi Henderson's plans in the near future. Thanks for your patience during this transition.
