This training will explore how individuals can move beyond adversity and discover new strength, purpose, and resilience through the principles of Post-Traumatic Growth. Participants will learn practical concepts that can be applied in personal, professional, and community settings.

Pine Pastures is proud to announce another exciting partnership in support of our community’s mental health and wellness.

Please join us in welcoming Harbor + Hope Counseling to the Pine Pastures team! We are grateful to collaborate with such a compassionate and dedicated counseling practice as we continue expanding access to meaningful, nature-centered therapy.

I am so excited to be partnering with Pine Pastures LLC to offer Equine Therapy services. I have seen firsthand the impact that an animal can have on an individual while counseling.

Having an animal included in therapy can:

⚓ Breaks barriers that you didn't know were there
⚓ Ease your mind by removing the attention away from yourself and onto the animal
⚓ Reveals a mirror of your emotions and actions

This is an amazing opportunity to try something new whether it is just for individuals, families, small groups, etc.

This will be the first training session of its kind offered in Alabama!

Organizations with 50% of their staff in attendance will receive:
• Certification as a “Veteran Safe Place”
• A Veteran Safe Place placard to display at their business
• Access for all participants to the PsychArmor Learning Management

Yesterday’s yoga class felt like a reset.

For the veteran and family members who joined us, this wasn’t just a yoga class—it was a chance to step out of constant readiness, into something grounded.

Even our ducks were at ease🌲
