Opening August 1st, 2026

Double Peak Recovery is a 24-hour medical detox and residential treatment program serving adults across San Diego County.
We treat alcohol, opioid, benzodiazepine, and stimulant dependence, including co-occurring mental health conditions. Care is built around ASAM criteria: medically supervised withdrawal management, medication-assisted treatment, individual therapy, group counseling, and case management — with a medical director, licensed clinicians, and behavioral health technicians on site around the clock.
We're intentionally small. Treatment planning is built around one person at a time, not a census number. Men and women welcome.
If you're trying to figure out the next step for yourself or someone you love, call us. We'll talk it through, whether or not we end up being the right fit.
