Let me ask you a question my dear

When is the last time you said yes to yourself?

To that quiet one whispering inside of you, who has been wearing all the hats

The wife

The healer

All these hats we wear and yet we are so much more than that.

It is my honor and privilege to welcome Lotus Flower to the Heart Warrior Summer . During our time together she will be offering :An Embodied Journey Through Consent, Boundaries & Self-Connection.

In this workshop, we’ll explore consent and boundaries as embodied practices rather than conversations alone. Through storytelling, discussion, and demonstrations using rope as a teaching tool, you’ll discover how slowing down and listening to your body’s cues can help you recognize a genuine yes, an authentic no, and everything in between.

Together we’ll examine how consent begins with ourselves, how boundaries become acts of self-trust, and how honoring our body’s wisdom can transform the way we move through relationships and the world.

The Divine Dr.Lisa Roark is bringing her heart felt energy to our community. A former lifestyle medicine physician who now guides others through transformational healing and expanded states of consciousness. We will be guided back to our truth. With deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom, Lisa will invite us to slow down listen deeply, and reconnect with the wholeness that has always lived within.

Inner healing intelligence: remembering the wisdom that lives within. There is a quiet knowing beneath every heartbeat, every breath, every cell of your being. It has never forgotten how to heal.

When we soften our grip, return to stillness, and allow ourselves to settle into the sacred rhythm of homeostasis, the body remembers, the heart opens, and the soul begins to whisper.

Amy S Wallace will be joining us for our Heart Warrior Summer Reunion

Not only will she be joining us, she will be sharing her movement medicine and ceremony every morning to awaken the goddess inside of ourselves and set the tone for your day. Centered. Grounded. And fully alive

Amy Wallace is a speaker, facilitator, relationship coach, ceremony creator, and guide for women seeking a deeper connection with themselves.

Drawing from a lifetime of lived experience as a mother, grandmother, daughter, wife, entrepreneur, employee, survivor, and woman in recovery, Amy’s work centers on helping women move beyond the roles and identities that have shaped them and reconnect with the truth of who they are beneath the titles.

With a Master’s Degree in Ministry and more than fourteen years of experience holding space for life’s most meaningful transitions, Amy combines spiritual wisdom, storytelling, breathwork, meditation, movement, and self-reflection to create experiences that are both practical and transformative.

Amy is the creator of Sacred Connection Kundalini, a gentle and accessible practice designed to bring the infinite presence of Kundalini into everyday life through breath, movement, stillness, and intention. Her approach invites women to cultivate greater authenticity, self-awareness, and embodied connection while embracing the fullness of their feminine power.

Amy believes that healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who we have always been.
