At 70 years old, I’ve been working for over 50 years with myself, my clients, and my students to guide each other toward our true nature. This work is a manual for unlocking deep healing and a more expansive connection to ourselves, drawing from my 30 years practicing and teaching IFS Therapy. The Enneagram, the wisdom of The Dakinis, The Five Personality Patterns, and other energetic and spiritual shamanic practices are interwoven with the popular and ever growing therapy model known as Parts Work.

It seems we are in a time when the powers that be have isolated us from our true nature more than ever before. Modern life has sequestered us from the earth, from each other, from our bodies, and from what truly aligns with our being. We are all being called back to our Self Energy and to who we were before patriarchal power structures took over our world. My intention is to share the fruits of my 50 years of seeking, laid out as a cohesive map of the journey toward coming home. Please have a look!

This retreat will help you expand your experience and understanding of parts work to include a rich and deep resonance with energy and spirituality. Kay has taken the things that have enriched, inspired and enlivened her along this path and included them in this retreat.

All the systems we will explore (the chakras, the enneagram, the dakinis, the sacred marriage, the marriage within, shadow work, the survival strategies etc ) are there to help to wake us up, to not only who we are, but how our patterns run energetically.

The Retreat will take place in Sesimbra, Portugal. Sesimbra, a hidden gem just a stone's throw from Lisbon, is a charming town, beloved by locals. Sesimbra is beautifully situated next to Arrábida National Park, where you'll find stunning hills covered in Mediterranean vegetation, dramatic cliffs, and untouched beaches.
