Raymond Rogers and Dana Craig are leaders in the Deaf community and they stopped in to check out the exhibit with Patrick Hughes and Elizabeth Pratt - Great discussions were had new ideas were shared... Raymond has an app that allows people who are deaf to experience an art exhibit in a new and more intimate way - stay tuned, we might just spend some time making the exhibit more accessible

Dana Craig and Raymond Rogers stopped by The Art of Normal and spent some time discussing the stickers the are often used in drive thrus - (Dana will follow up this post and describe what she and Ray were discussing for those who don't use American Sign Language)

Over 200 people stopped by the exhibit to experience The Art of Normal - we were greatful that our friends and families joined us in this conversation. The photographs were taken by Maribeth Ratajczyk - a big thanks to her for her wonderful talents... The exhibit is still up until the end of the year if you were unable to check it out.

It's opening night and we couldn't be more excited! See you all at the Evanston Civic Center tonight from 6-8PM for live music, refreshments, and the first look at a collection of art from Tommy Carroll, Reveca Torres, Eric Ferkenhoff, Quinn Zenner, Patrick Hughes and Jen Yamin that will challenge your view of living with a disability.
