We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in southwest IN serving families affected by ASD.

At Autism Evansville, our mission is "Forever improving the lives of individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder through partnerships for support, treatments and care." We have a passion and compassion for children with Autism and their families. Autism Evansville provides programs and support such as: A monthly Parent/Caregiver Support Group (to bring parents together for commu

nity and education); a quarterly Family Fun Night (a recreation program for ASD children and their siblings); a Community Awareness program (to spread autism awareness to teachers, students, and members of the community to help them better understand the unique needs and differences of ASD children). Autism Evansville also provides vouchers for support, treatments and care.

6.4.26. Autism Everyone is incredibly grateful to receive a Community Good Grant from the Vanderburgh Community Foundation.

This $6,000 funding will help support our Community Training on Understanding Autism to first responders, other nonprofits organizations, & local businesses.

❤️Next, our friends at the Vanderburgh County Fire Department
❤️From treating any injuries, flying the American flag, bringing the fun vehicles & having a community engagement table inside with K9 Ember, we love having our firefighter friends at the event!

❤️ The VCFD are prepared in case of any elopement and often assist with small issues behind the scenes.

❤️A special thank you to all who volunteer to work our event, as well as to Chief Bosecker for coordinating coverage! Thank you for supporting our autism community!!

5.27.26. Autism Everyone would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Women's Fund of Posey County for selecting us as a grant recipient.

The funds will be used to purchase & distribute our sensory kits with first responders in Posey County.

🤎From standing in the rain for hours to help with crowd & traffic control, to bringing the fun vehicles & having a community engagement table inside, we truly couldn’t do it without them!

🤎The safety of everyone on site is always our number one concern and the deputies are prepared in case of any elopement.

🤎A special thank you to all deputies who volunteer to work our event, as well as to Sheriff Robinson, Lieutenant Nilssen, & Lieutenant Roe for coordinating coverage!
