Dee Hankins is on the stage at Stronger Together 2026, and the Grand Ballroom is locked in.

A cycle breaker who spent 18 years in the foster care system, Dee bridges the gap between trauma and high performance with an attitude that is impossible to manufacture. His 3-Bucket Philosophy challenges audiences to stop wasting energy on what they cannot control and take responsibility for what they can.

For a room full of professionals who show up every day for California's most vulnerable children and families, this message hits home.
