Timberland Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is located in lovely Fairlawn, Ohio. Completely renovated and under new ownership, this center is comprised of 75 private rooms. A memory care area, sensory healing garden, ventilator unit, short term and long term care floors along with on-site dialysis are just some offered amenities. Seven days a week physician and NP coverage is part of what will make us the destination for quality, comprehensive care.

June is Men’s Health Month, and we're taking this opportunity to raise awareness about kidney health. Men are significantly more likely to develop End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), making access to consistent dialysis care more important than ever.

Through our partnership with Concerto, residents can receive dialysis treatments right here in our facility. On-site dialysis eliminates the burden of transportation, keeps care teams connected, and allows residents to receive the specialized treatment they need while remaining close to the comforts of home.

By bringing dialysis and skilled nursing care together under one roof, we're helping residents stay committed to their treatment plans and focus on what matters most—their health and quality of life.

Sandy Kaczur, Regional Liaison for Foundations Health Solutions, has been supporting our skilled nursing facilities across the region while building meaningful relationships throughout the healthcare community.
From hospital visits and networking events to community fundraisers, family celebrations, educational programs and chamber events, it has been a busy and rewarding first half of 2026! Every event has provided an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and advocate for the patients, residents, and families we serve.

We are grateful for the amazing teams at our Foundations Health Solutions centers, our healthcare partners, and everyone who has welcomed her into their communities. Thank you for your support, referrals, and friendships along the way.

Last week, Hickory Ridge and Timberland Ridge were proud to host our quarterly Guardians Dinner at Ken Stewart's Lodge. It was a wonderful evening filled with delicious food, drinks, and meaningful conversation with the guardians we are fortunate to work alongside each day.
