Today is my Bear’s birthday! She is 25 today! It is amazing that when she was in HS she first learned and became very interested in Nuero health and for over a year she has been my personal caregiver and supporting me to achieving radical healing. She is the main communicator between all of the practitioners, or ganizining our questions. She makes my special gourmet healthy meals , pours on the love, seals it with sincere care, it is overwhelming and the love is sensational and I stay in a place of gratefulness. 👏👏( when her siblings come to help, she leaves the MOMMA MAnuel!!! 🙌🙌
God is sooooo soooogood to us for blessing us with Taryn!! Lord, thank you and continue to bless her in the way that only you can!

It was 2 delicious grass fed eggs and 2 pecies of turkey bacon (grass fed& finished

I said thank you but Dad, called to let me know that he made me a coconut waffle w his homemade monk fruit syrup .

May I have that part too? 🤪😝

How about I bring that to you for lunch?
Me: no Daddy made that for me for breakfast and I will be working out on the peloton later so I will need the healthy carbs for energy…. 😂😂

My sweet friend Barbara sent this to me and I had to share…. We went to HS together and we were on the Drill Team! We were friends in the 80’s and decided to catch up. Do you know after a bout an hour of chatting…. We both said…. We just picked up!!! My goodness God is good! Both of our cups were running over! My kind of girl!! Praise God! We will be friends for eternity 🙌
