Congratulations to Jillian Ryczek, RN, Assistant Director of Nursing, on being named our Employee of the Month! 💜
Jillian's journey at Fairport Rehab & Nursing is a true example of dedication, perseverance, and heart. She began as our Night Supervisor while working toward her RN, transitioned into our Admissions RN role, and has recently stepped into the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).
Her commitment to our residents, support for her team, and passion for nursing have made a lasting impact every step of the way. We are incredibly proud to celebrate her accomplishments and look forward to all she will continue to achieve.
