It's time to Empower UP! Do you know a girl who would love to:
💪 Build confidence and resilience�🧰 Learn tools for managing big feelings and anxiety
💜 Boost her self-esteem�🥰 Make meaningful friendships�🎨 Express her creativity�🌿 Connect with nature�✨ Have an unforgettable week of summer fun

This will be my 9th year offering Empower UP! Camp here in Fall City, and I have a few openings remaining for the weeks of:
~ June 22–26�~ June 29–July 3�~ July 6–10

Empower UP! Camp is a unique summer experience for girls ages 7–12 that blends confidence-building, mindfulness, creativity, yoga and meditation, hiking, art projects, tie-dye, hula hoops, healthy snacks (organic, dairy & gluten-free), friendship, and lots of fun.

Most summers fill through word of mouth from families who have experienced the camp, but I wanted to reach out and let others in my community know about this opportunity. I also have two partial scholarships available for those in need.

If a girl comes to mind, I'd be so grateful if you would pass this along to her family. 🙏

This summer, girls ages 7-12 in Fall City, WA will spend a week diving into yoga & meditation, mindfulness, confidence coaching, hula hoop, healthy snacks, hiking in nature, and SO much more, all in a calm, nurturing, screen-free space where they can just be themselves.
