I don't know about you, but sometimes I hobble into the bathroom in the morning like I am 100 years old!

If this you try these 3 tricks.

FIRST THING BEFORE YOU STEP OUT OF BED!

1️⃣CALF ON KNEE
Massage your calf on your opposite knee any which way. Clasp your hands over your top knee to help control it. Ankle rolls are 👌🏼

2️⃣FOOT MASSAGE
Use your hands to give your feet a little love. Manually spread your toes by interlacing your fingers between them to get them ready to load all of your weight.

3️⃣BALL ROLLING
Keep a ball (or foot roller) next to your bed.
Think of your muscles like taffy…it’s helpful to knead them to warm em up a little. Bonus, this helps wake up ☕️ all those nerve endings in your feet that connect you to the earth 🌎
