We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Attendants to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being. But if you have no experience, that’s fine too!
Responsibilities
Assist/oversee clients with personal hygiene and grooming tasks.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients.
Implement care plans tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
Document client progress and report any concerns.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and social interaction.
Requirements
Experience in home care, memory care, or senior care is preferred.
Knowledge of medication administration practices is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor when interacting with clients.
Ability to read and write fluently in English.
Ability to pass a background check.
Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
Ability to perform light cleaning tasks as part of maintaining a safe environment.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
Some of our locations have a house pet for companionship.
We currently have openings for overnight positions. These are 10pm-8am and every other weekend 8pm-8am with potential for additional hours.
Our Circle of Friends also offers their employees sick and vacation time, holiday pay, health insurance, Aflac, and a retirement planning option with matching! These positions are currently eligible for a hiring bonus as well.

1) Full time awake overnights working with 4 female clients. Weeknight hours are 10pm-8am. Every other weekend is required for this position and weekend hours are 8pm-8am.
2) Full time awake overnights working with 4 male clients. This position is located in Nerstrand. Weeknight hours are 10pm-8am. Every other weekend is required for this position and weekend hours are 8pm-8am.
3) Full time second shift working with 4 male clients. This position is located in Nerstrand. Weeknight hours are 2pm-10pm. Every other weekend is required for this position and weekend hours are 8am-8pm.
3) Part time position working with 4 female clients. 2pm-10pm hours during the week and every other weekend is required with hours of 8am-8pm.
4) Full time afternoon shift working with 4 female clients. Weeknight hours are 2pm-10pm. Every other weekend is required for this position with hours of 8am-8pm.
5) Full time afternoon shift working with 3 male clients. Weeknight hours are 2pm-10pm. Every other weekend is required for this position with hours of 8am-8pm.
