Our growing medical office is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Medical Office Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phones, checking patients in and out, coordinating patient care, verifying insurance, and providing excellent customer service.

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Is detail-oriented and organized

Hey guys! Hailey here 😁

Yes, it is true. Some of you already know but for the ones that do not know, I have taken a great opportunity for a different career!

I am very sad to be leaving Paisley Grace but also very excited for this new chapter in my life! ❤️

I have taken a teaching position closer to home. I will be teaching Health, Science, and PE! I have a lot experience working with kids and I truly enjoy it! I am looking forward to being able to teach kids something I am passionate about!

I do believe God put this opportunity in my life. He has opened so many doors leading up to this and I am very grateful of that. ❤️

As for the next month and a half:
- I will be continuing my fun fact Fridays until the end of July
- You will still see me and talk to me on the phone until the end of July!
