Your favorite doula was a baker in her past life, a really good one too. It was probably my ability to connect , build trust and rapport that helped me excel (same qualities that make me a doula!) but birth work is where I’ve found real success!! I hope that you find that too 😘 here’s to a weekend full of babies, mamas and the magical power that’s birth!!

Win! Win win win win 💪 I’m loving all the positivity this week is bringing. From confident and educated first time parents, learning all the ways to support their body and prepare for this transformative journey. To a whole baby summer salting and settling into a pelvis head down and ready for birth!! This mama worked SO hard to make space, she made beautiful decisions regarding her care and trusted her competent provider *chefs kiss* Then I’m hearing all this surrender and patience from those in their sweet wait, working with their bodies and sitting restfully in their last days of pregnancy! It’s only hump day and it’s also gonna get better from here 💃☺️

Add to that advocacy, protecting preferences, even those precious moments you’d like to capture for ever 📸 and you’re thinking brain will be ON and ACTIVATED. An active thinking brain slows down your labor. Have someone in your team thinking of all the things so that you can enter labor land and unpack your bags there, until you meet your baby!
