“Where are the double-blind studies?”

It is a fair and important question. Evidence matters, but not every type of healthcare can be studied using the same research design.

Spero is not a single medication, procedure, or therapy. It is an individualized, multidisciplinary rehabilitation program that evolves with each patient. Creating a placebo-controlled trial for months of customized care presents very different scientific and ethical challenges than studying one pill.
