Position Responsibilities
Provide ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based counseling services
Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation
Maintain professional and timely communication with clients and the administrative team
Participate in supervision or clinical consultation when applicable
Maintain all licensing, ethical, and professional requirements
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative practice culture

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field
Active independent or associate-level clinical license
Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
Experience serving military personnel, veterans, first responders, couples, families, or underserved communities is welcome
