This full-day experience is designed for the woman who is ready to slow down, reconnect with herself, release what no longer serves her and prepare for what God has next.

The retreat will include guided meditation, gentle stretching, mindfulness techniques, journaling, faith-centered encouragement, meaningful reflection and curated wellness vendors.

Thrive in Grace Wellness is seeking five carefully selected wellness businesses for our first Release & Receive: A Nervous System Reset Retreat.

We are especially interested in businesses offering:

✨ Herbal teas and wellness beverages
✨ Natural bath, body and skincare products
✨ Journals, devotionals and inspirational gifts

Together, we will experience guided meditation, gentle stretching, mindfulness techniques, meaningful reflection, and intentional moments of rest.

It is time to release the old things that no longer serve you and prepare your mind, body, and spirit to receive the things you have prayed for.
