From all of us at Sound Sensory Therapeutic Playhouse, we are deeply grateful for the sacrifices made for our freedom.

We also want to recognize and thank the military families, veterans, and loved ones carrying the legacy of those heroes every day.

We’re excited to introduce the Sound Sensory Podcast — a space where we’ll have real conversations around ABA therapy, behavioral therapy, neurodivergence, sensory needs, parenting, emotional regulation, child development, and creating supportive environments for children to thrive.

This podcast was created for parents, caregivers, therapists, educators, and anyone passionate about understanding and supporting neurodivergent children with compassion and intention.

Not every child thrives in loud, overwhelming spaces—and in Fayetteville, there aren’t many places designed with that in mind.

That’s why sensory gyms matter.

They give neurodivergent children a safe space to move, regulate, explore, and just be themselves—without pressure or overstimulation. From climbing and crashing to calming and resetting, every part of the environment is intentional.

This isn’t just play.
It’s support. It’s development. It’s confidence building.

And it’s something more families in our community deserve access to.

Families in Fayetteville know the struggle—there aren’t many sensory-friendly spaces built with intention. And for neurodivergent children, that matters more than most people realize.

Sensory gyms aren’t just places to play. They support regulation, movement, focus, and confidence in a way traditional play spaces often miss. For children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, or sensory processing needs, having a safe environment to explore freely can make a real difference.

This is why spaces like Sound Sensory Therapeutic Playhouse exist—to give kids a place where they’re understood, supported, and free to be themselves.

Because every child deserves a space that meets them where they are.
