Our upcoming Disability Transition Conference will include six information-packed breakout sessions, including this one—"Connecting the Dots: A Guide to Accessing Service Coordination."

Presented by Laura Taylor from the Center for Human Services; Samantha Montgomery from the St. Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources; Morgan Popp from the Developmental Disabilities Resource Board of St. Charles County; and Emily Brouk from Developmental Disability Advocates, this powerhouse panel will break down the important topic of case management.

Case managers help families navigate services, connect with community resources, and create a plan to support each individual's goals for employment, independence, education, and community life after graduation.

Our updated RISE Day Program is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities achieve independence through opportunities for social engagement. This program emphasizes personal growth, allowing clients to build confidence, make new friends, and gain valuable experiences.

We are offering three specialized options: RISE Beyond, RISE Together, and RISE Encore, each designed to support your journey towards independence.

- RISE Beyond focuses on volunteering and meaningful opportunities that help build work ethic and life skills.
- RISE Together offers a structured daily program that includes on-site activities and (frequent or a variety of) community outings for a more enriching experience.
- RISE Encore is a calm and supportive environment for aging individuals that fosters individualized activities at a more relaxed pace.
