Elevated Cleaning & Property Solutions LLC is looking for one reliable cleaner with open availability to join our team in Flagstaff!

We handle Airbnb turnovers, apartment move-outs, commercial cleanings, and other property cleaning throughout Northern Arizona, with most of our work in Flagstaff and Sedona.

About the position:
✔️ 1099 independent contractor
✔️ Pay per job — most jobs average $22–$30+/hour depending on the job and efficiency
✔️ Ongoing work opportunities
✔️ Workload varies week to week, especially seasonally
✔️ Weekday and weekend availability is important
✔️ Some travel to Sedona and surrounding areas may be needed

We're looking for someone who:
• Has open/flexible availability and is looking for ongoing work
• Is reliable and actually shows up when scheduled
• Is efficient, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Has reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Communicates well and takes pride in their work
• Cleaning experience is preferred, but we're willing to consider the right person
