✅ Maintain mobility longer

MS does not define a person’s potential.

🔥 CONDITION SPOTLIGHT: Sciatica 🔥

Have you been dealing with pain that starts in your low back and shoots down your leg?

You might be experiencing sciatica.

Sciatica happens when the sciatic nerve becomes irritated or compressed — often due to a disc issue, spinal inflammation, or muscle tightness.

Common Symptoms:

✔️ Sharp or burning pain down the leg
✔️ Numbness or tingling
✔️ Pain worse with sitting
✔️ Weakness in the leg
✔️ Relief when standing or walking (sometimes)

Many people think they just have to “wait it out” — but that’s not true.

Physical therapy can:
✅ Reduce nerve irritation
✅ Improve spinal mobility
✅ Strengthen supporting muscles
✅ Teach you how to prevent flare-ups

The sooner you address sciatica, the faster you can get back to feeling normal.

Don’t ignore leg pain that keeps coming back.

💫 CONDITION SPOTLIGHT: Vertigo 💫

Do you ever feel like the room is spinning — even when you’re sitting still?

You may be experiencing vertigo.

Vertigo isn’t just “dizziness.” It’s a specific sensation of spinning, tilting, or motion that can make everyday activities feel overwhelming or unsafe.

Common Symptoms:

✔️ Spinning sensation
✔️ Nausea
✔️ Loss of balance
✔️ Feeling pulled to one side
✔️ Symptoms when rolling in bed or looking up

One of the most common causes is BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) — a condition caused by tiny crystals in the inner ear moving into the wrong position.

Here’s the good news 👇
Physical therapy can often treat vertigo quickly and effectively — sometimes in just a few visits!

Through specialized vestibular therapy techniques, we:
✅ Reposition inner ear crystals
✅ Improve balance
✅ Reduce dizziness
✅ Restore confidence with movement

You do NOT have to live feeling like the world is spinning.

If you or someone you know struggles with vertigo, we’re here to help.
