Some days it's motivation. Other days it's pure stubbornness. 😂💪

Feeling like garbage today, one kid forgot his gym shoes, and somehow I ended up lifting weights in Birkenstocks because he needed mine.

Welcome to homeschool life with three boys. Organized chaos at its finest. 🤷🏻‍♀️

But here's the thing about health and wellness… it doesn't have to be perfect. Showing up for yourself, even when life is messy, still counts.

Movement, consistency, and building healthier habits for the long haul. That's what I'm working toward.

What's one thing you've done for yourself today?Even the little things count! ❤️

Somewhere along the way, my goals became about so much more than just getting healthier.

It's about longevity, aging gracefully, continuing to learn, and creating opportunities for my family's future.

As a mom of three boys, I've spent years building a life centered around my family. And while I wouldn't change that, I'm also excited to keep growing and building something for myself.

I've found myself surrounded by some incredible people who share my passion for health, science, and personal growth.

Because no matter what stage of life we're in, there's always room to dream a little bigger. ❤️

I've never been one to fit into a mold, and the older I get, the less interested I am in trying. ❤️

A little loud, opinionated, occasionally inappropriate, and always questioning things.

I'm grateful for the generations of strong women who came before us. The ones who challenged expectations, spoke their minds, and refused to be silenced.

I'm fairly certain I would've been burned at the stake back in the day, and I'm damn proud of that. 🔥

Here's to raising strong women, embracing our individuality, and aging unapologetically.

I hope my ancestors are proud. ❤️

A little red hair, a little leopard print, and a whole lot of personal growth. ❤️

This season of life is all about feeling good, building confidence, prioritizing wellness, and learning how to age gracefully.

Between motherhood, fitness, and my growing love for the science behind healthy aging, I'm finding new ways to invest in myself while enjoying the life we've created.

Because wellness isn't just about how we look. It's about how we feel, how we live, and the years ahead. ✨

A healthier version of myself, and I'm not just talking about the physical changes. ❤️

There was a time when exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness weren't priorities in my life.

These days, I'm learning to appreciate what my body is capable of, how important our daily habits are, and how much our choices today can influence our future.

I'm approaching 40, raising three busy boys, and realizing more than ever that I want to feel strong, energized, and capable for as many years as possible.

My wellness journey has become about so much more than weight loss. It's about building muscle, supporting my gut health, understanding cellular health, and learning how to age well.

I'm still learning, still making changes, and definitely not doing everything perfectly.

But that's the beauty of it. You don't have to have it all figured out to start taking better care of yourself.

Here's to getting stronger, living healthier, and appreciating the bodies that carry us through this life. 🌿

Your health is one of the greatest investments you'll ever make. ❤️

One thing I've learned on my wellness journey is that you don't have to wait for a health scare to start making changes.

Movement, nutrition, gut health, cellular health, and daily habits all play a role in supporting our overall well-being.

And taking care of yourself doesn't have to mean doing everything perfectly.

Sometimes it's as simple as getting on the bike, going for a walk, prioritizing your nutrition, or learning more about what your body needs.

Movement is a privilege, not a punishment.

Here's your reminder to get up, move your body, and appreciate what it's capable of.

Because healthy aging isn't just about adding years to your life. It's about supporting your quality of life along the way. ❤️

What's one healthy habit you've been working on lately?

Imagine where you could be a year from now if you started prioritizing yourself today. 🌿

Your health, wellness, personal growth, and happiness deserve your attention, too.

Building healthy habits, improving your energy, supporting your body, and creating a lifestyle you love doesn't happen overnight.

It's about small, intentional choices that add up over time.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to keep showing up for yourself.

✨ What's one thing you're doing today that your future self will thank you for?

Earlier today, after lunch and schoolwork were finished, these boys headed into the woods to see what they could create. 🌲🍂

This right here is why we choose to live the life we do.

Time to explore, get dirty, use their imaginations, and simply be kids.

They have a lifetime to be adults. Childhood is short, and I want them to enjoy every bit of it. ❤️

Approaching 40, and I’m realizing something…

Getting older isn’t the problem. It’s how we choose to take care of ourselves along the way. 💪🏼

I’m not interested in just looking better. I want to FEEL better. More energy, more strength, better habits, and a body that supports me for years to come.

And no, I haven't done everything perfectly. Far from it. 😂 But I've learned that consistency matters more than perfection.

Your health doesn't have an expiration date, and it's never too late to start investing in yourself.

I'm building a community of women who want more than another quick fix. Women who are ready to prioritize their health, support their bodies from the inside out, and feel good about aging.

✨ Who's ready to make their next decade their healthiest yet?

Drop a 💪🏼 or comment READY. I'd love to connect!

Motherhood has a way of bringing childhood experiences to the surface that you thought you had moved past.

Sometimes the things we carry into adulthood aren't just memories. They're the feelings of being unheard, dismissed, misunderstood, or labeled difficult simply for expressing emotions.

And when you become a parent yourself, you start looking at those experiences differently.

I'm raising three boys, and while I'm far from a perfect mother, I'm learning that breaking generational cycles isn't about never making mistakes. It's about recognizing them, taking accountability, apologizing when necessary, and creating a home where emotions are safe.

Healing childhood wounds while raising children of your own isn't always easy. Sometimes you're learning how to give your children the emotional support you needed yourself.

You can love where you came from and still recognize what needs to change.

And sometimes the "angry daughter" is simply the grown woman who finally understands she deserved better. ❤️
