Good morning beautiful soul💫let your light shine🤩
How can you be your beautiful sparking self when you wake up with aching, painful feet you ask❓
🌀There IS something you can do to make that first step of the day less painful & it’s starts with “loving”on your feet daily🦶
🌀Aging starts from the feet-
Your balance, posture, knees, hips... everything depends on your feet.
🌀Regardless of how you begin or end your day, I hope you will pause long enough to kick off your shoes & show your feet 🦶some extra ♥️love♥️
🌀Consider what happens if we've boxed up our feet in shoes all day, every day year after year❓Never moving, never massaging or touching our feet❓ Stiffness, pain, tingling, swelling, numbness~issues like bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, neuromas (pinched nerves) and metatarsalgia to name a few…
🌀Your feet are more than a foundation~ they are the “GateKeepers” to what’s happening in your body.
Loving on your feet activates muscles & tendon reflexes in the feet sending nerve signals back to corresponding organs and glands in the body - encouraging balance, healing and optimal functioning.
🌀Strengthen them now! Just minutes of foot massage & mobility exercises daily, can keep you pain free, more youthful & active for years.

Start with a simple rotation of your ankles every morning before you take a first step.
*Take a barefoot walk through your house. When your feet get use to walking bare foot again venture outdoors for a walk on our beautiful Gulf beach & Spread those Toes
*Lift your Big Toe ~press Big Toe Down while lifting 4 Toes~ Splay your Toes
* Curl your toes under
*Rotate your Ankles *Point & Flex your Toes
* Stand on your tippy Toes while holding on to the kitchen counter waiting for coffee
*Lace your fingers between your toes 🤯 it doesn’t feel 😬good the first few times but then it does😃
Now shake 🤝hands with your foot
Moving & stimulating your feet brings life back into your steps‼️
