✨ New Women’s Strength & Movement Class (Ages 50+) ✨
I’m excited to announce I’m launching a small group strength & movement class for women ages 50 and up who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in their bodies — without the pressure of a gym.
This class is for you if:
• You’re new to exercise or returning after time away
• You want to build strength, balance, and mobility safely
• You’ve felt intimidated by gyms or group fitness classes
• You want guidance, encouragement, and a supportive environment
💪 Class Details
• Small group (only 4 women)
• 1-hour session
• Focus on strength, mobility, stability & confidence
• Beginner-friendly and thoughtfully coached
• $50 per class
• No memberships. No long-term commitment.
This is not a “no pain, no gain” class.
It’s intentional movement designed to help you feel stronger in daily life.
