Colleagues in Suzhou, China, recently exchanged their office desks for the outdoors to support local conservation efforts at Qionglong Mountain, located within the Jiangsu Dongwu National Forest Park.
During a 7-kilometer (4-mile) hike, the team collected plastic waste and other litter along the trail. This initiative directly contributed to preserving the natural environment and improved the trail experience for future visitors.

Some of our HR colleagues recently participated in the Welcome Mentor program run by Bürgerstiftung Stuttgart. They worked alongside refugee women with intermediate and higher qualifications who want to return to work here.​

The focus was practical: going through job applications, prepping for interviews and figuring out how to put real skills and experience in front of the right people.​

Here's how one participant described the day:​ "I learned so much that day, not just about applications and interviews, but about the importance of believing in your own strengths. I now go into my interviews with so much more confidence."​
