📣 CVFP Piedmont is Moving to the Healthplex!

The next phase of our Healthplex transition is almost here!

To prepare for the move, our CVFP Piedmont office will be closed June 4–5 as our team packs up and settles into their new home at the Collaborative Healthplex. 📦🏥

🎉 Beginning Monday, June 8, patients will be seen at the Healthplex.

We're also excited to welcome Dr. Laura Robert, who will begin seeing patients at the Healthplex alongside our Piedmont Family Medicine team on June 8.

📣 Today Marks Our First Official Move!

Today, our Collaborative Health Specialty Services office will be closed as our team packs up and officially begins the move into the Collaborative Healthplex. 🏗️📦

We’re excited to share that our:

teams will reopen and begin seeing patients in their new Healthplex spaces on Monday at 9:00 AM.

This is the first major step in our phased transition into the Healthplex, and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.
