My one month stint with a personal trainer is over and I wanted to move right into a new workout. Last week I found a deal on living social for 5 sessions of boxing and thought, "Why not?" So I signed up...and I love it! I'm combing through livingsocial and groupon lfor a longer deal. I'm happy to report that I'm losing in on a boxing gym closer to home! What are you doing to go outside of the usual exercise box?

My foot and hip are giving me some unexpected challenges but I've stocked up on ibuprofen, icy hot patches, and an icy hot foot bandage, and I'm going to push forward again tomorrow...too much work still yet to be done to let pain get in my way.
