Some of the most meaningful work I’ve ever done has come through yoga therapy—and my time as both an alum and now faculty with the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy continues to shape how I serve.
This piece by our current Dean at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health captures something I’ve witnessed again and again: transformation doesn’t come from forcing change. It comes from creating the conditions—safety, awareness, and steady practice—where healing can unfold.
As a student, this shifted how I understood teaching. As faculty, it continues to guide how I hold space for others in their own process.
