☀️ The Solstice Within
Intuition • Timing • Aligned Discernment

This month’s One Hand Care Mystery School meditation explores the relationship between intuition, discernment, and the analytical mind — and how discernment helps us recognize the difference between reactive thinking and deeper inner knowing.

As we approach the Summer Solstice — a time traditionally associated with illumination, alignment, and sacred timing — this meditation invites participants to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity, coherence, and aligned movement.

Through trauma-informed guidance, gentle breathwork, heart–mind coherence practices, and contemplative techniques inspired by both ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience, we explore what happens when movement no longer comes from pressure… but from grounded awareness and intuitive intelligence.

Together we’ll explore:
• The relationship between intuition, discernment, and the analytical mind
• How nervous system regulation affects perception and clarity
• Heart–mind coherence and intuitive recognition
• Sacred timing and aligned decision-making
• Releasing urgency, overthinking, and internal pressure
• Moving from grounded awareness instead of reactivity
• Solstice symbolism, illumination, and coherent alignment

Participants may leave this session feeling more grounded, internally clear, emotionally regulated, and better able to recognize the difference between pressure, overthinking, and aligned inner knowing.

After a lot of experimenting, layering, revising, and late-night tweaking, I finally finished the first chapter of a new long-form ambient journey project I’ve been building called:

Opal — Rainforest Initiation Transmission

This track is meant to feel less like a song and more like stepping into a living environment somewhere between deep rainforest ceremony, meditation, dreamspace, and an ancient transmission from another world.

The idea behind Opal is that it’s a distant crystalline planet or consciousness realm that can only be accessed through hidden temples, environmental gateways, and altered states of awareness. This first transmission represents the beginning of the journey — moving through the rainforest toward something unknown.

Over time, I’d like to continue building more immersive ambient transmissions connected to this world and expand the journey deeper into Opal itself.

The track is about an hour long and was designed for:
• Meditation
• Relaxation
• Sleep
• Breathwork
• Deep focus
• Creative flow
• Dreaming and introspection
• Just zoning out and disappearing into another atmosphere for a while
