LYMPHEDEMA 💦

-A chronic condition defined by inflammation, typically in the arms or legs, caused by a buildup of lymph fluid due to a damaged or blocked Lymphatic system.

🤍This beautiful Queen came to me, hopeful for so much needed relief from the uncomfortable swelling around her ankles.

💆‍♀️🤍This is before, and after 60 minutes of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

🩵 A TALE OF TWO HANDS 🙌

Well, actually, it was only one hand, but it’s a good story so keep reading! 👀📚

The beautiful angel in the picture was experiencing post surgical swelling and discomfort in her wrist and hand.

I performed some soft tissue work to alleviate the muscle pain then Lymph Drainage for the inflammation and voilá!!! We have a wrist again 🙌🩵💦💆‍♀️
