Call Contact the practice

I Am Shakeenah; Survivor, Wholistic Healing Helper, Stress Relief Specialist & Artist. Contact me with any questions or to schedule a session of your own.

I help facilitate healing thru energy, botanical education, guided musical sound healing baths, that I may be a conduit for transformation. Since many diseases ultimately result from humans being overly stressed, I Am a Stress Reduction Specialist. I use my intuition tools to help develop a plan of action specifically for you to be able to develop and have a compatible regular practice on your own and I teach you how to relax. My page is dedicated to exploring mental/physical and spiritual aspects of maintaining better health naturally.

Come experience a glimpse of God's design in sound and vibration - a reminder that the Creator formed every frequency, every heartbeat, and every moment of stillness.

This Saturday, October 3rd, in Fort Smith, you are invited to stop by and learn more about some of the Wellness Professionals in this region. Within the last hour of the event, Stress Relief Specialist, Shakeenah of Alternative Healing Solutions, will be sharing a little about sound-based healing and providing a free sound bath experience for up to 8 participants who raise their hand. Come join in on the fun and wellness frequencies! This event is presented to you by Cynthia Hogue of Permission Ministry.
