On behalf of Families for Cancer Prevention United
We would like to take this time to send our prayers for Ocala's Saint Paul AME Church. We truly have history there through our grandparents Sylvester and Mary Vereen Jones, our, parents, Aunts and Uncles. My siblings and I have sang in the choir in our younger years, we along cousins have participated in many Christmas and Easter programs, participated in the Unicef charity program many years, watched our grandmother put together many speeches for members and others as we marveled at her being the president of the Eastern Star there. In fact, our learning to lead and give back to the community all started there at Saint Paul AME. Every now and then we go back to visit and definitely have gone to various services for other occasions. And yes, some of our Boardmembers are still today members there or have, or have had parents that are or were members there. We each in some way, share a memory there.
To the leaders and members of Saint Paul AME, our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We know that you will rebuild and be greater than before. Stay strong. Thank you ❤️
