Stress is part of daily life, but so is joy. Between work, responsibilities, and the demands of adulthood, we can forget the importance of play.

Play helps us reconnect, be present, laugh, and enjoy life beyond our to-do lists. It isn’t just for children. We need it, too.

Sometimes, the best thing you can do is play.

Sorry to my fellow bed-rotting ADHDers, turns out, walking can actually help with ADHD. 🥴

Movement can support focus, mood, and executive functioning. If walking is accessible to you, it can be a helpful tool. If it isn’t, your ADHD is still valid, and you don’t need to earn your rest.

Accessibility, energy, and capacity look different for everyone. Do what works for your body. ❤️
