You donโ€™t change your life by consuming more information. You change your life by becoming a different person.

This weekend reminded me of that. (maybe influenced by post-bachelorette blues lol)

I spent a few days with some of my favorite people and somewhere between the conversations, laughter, lake views, and late-night talks.. I realized I have been wrestling with the same thing I help so many women work through.

The pressure to keep up.
The pressure to optimize.
The pressure to feel like if I just find the next strategy, the next routine, or the next piece of information, everything will finally click.

But real change rarely happens because we learn more.

It happens when we start showing up differently.

When we create space.
When we slow down.
When we ask for help.
When we trust God more than our productivity.

As a Functional Health Practitioner, I spend my days helping women uncover root causes and connect the dots. I love that work and I always will.

But healing is about so much more than labs, supplements, protocols, and plans.

It is about becoming the kind of person who can actually receive the life they are working so hard to build.

That is the conversation I want to have more of.

Not just health.
Not just hormones.
Not just healing.

But what it looks like to become whole.

I still love sharing here, and I always will.

But I also want a space for deeper conversations. Less pressure. More honesty. More humanity.

Performance is the byproduct of health, not the other way around.

I finished my half-marathon training with a stable thyroid and a regular cycle. This is why that matters.

A few years ago, this would have been impossible. My thyroid was a mess, my cycles were gone, and my body was chronically inflamed. I thought I had to โ€œfixโ€ my health so I could finally perform.

I had it backwards.

I had to support my body at the cellular level first. I had to open my drainage pathways and find the root causes like parasites and mold that were draining my energy.

The Result: My thyroid is stable. My periods are regular. I did not have to โ€œbreakโ€ my body to reach my performance goals. I had to support it.

God created your body with an incredible ability to heal and perform. I am not just a coach with a protocol. I am a woman who is living the proof that a system approach actually works.

A huge shoutout to my people for walking this path with me. This journey is better when you do it community.
