We run a true one-on-one model where only one patient is seen at a time in a private setting by the same physical therapist who delivers their full treatment from beginning to end without the use of assistants or aids. We are professional physical therapists that treat a wide range of conditions from sciatica, back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, sports injuries, hip and knee pain foot and ankle pain, neurological disorders, arthritis, fibromyalgia, dizziness, vertigo, concussions, chronic pain, and more!

Dr. Jared Kazmierczak was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana where he attended Saint Joseph High School participating in football, baseball, and wrestling. He went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Trine University. In his free time, he enjoys participating in intramural sports with friends, golfing, and hiking.

Dr. Matt Paul has lived off-and-on in Albion and graduated from Central Noble High School where he played varsity tennis. Since then, he’s lived in 15 states and earned his Bachelors from Mississippi College and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University in Missouri. During graduate school, Dr. Matt worked at a summer camp in Arkansas and with a medical mission team in El Salvador. Matt’s interests include traveling, foreign languages, martial arts, kayaking, and tennis.

Dr. Connor Cottingham grew up in Spring Arbor, Michigan, where he attended undergrad at Spring Arbor University and played basketball for 4 years. He then moved to Fort Wayne to attend Trine University to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Connor has a strong passion for helping people of all ages with varying levels of pain and ailments, specifically chronic neck and back pain. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Hannah.

Dr. Kelsey Neuman was born and raised in Clermont, Florida, a town just outside of Orlando. She earned her Bachelors in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University (and yes they did have a beach on campus!). After completing a rotation at ProTailored Physical Therapy while she was in school, her love and passion for the patients and staff encouraged her to relocate back to Fort Wayne. She is passionate about working with individuals of all ages to improve their overall functional mobility, independence, and quality of life. She also enjoys treating patients struggling with chronic pain, vertigo, or balance deficits. In her free time, you can find her at any local coffee shop enjoying an iced coffee and reading her bible. She enjoys running, hiking, taking her Labrador mix dog, Nakota, on long walks, and spending time with her husband.

Dr. Gracie Clickovich, PT, DPT, PMC was born in China and raised in South Bend, IN. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Bloomington prior to completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Trine University. Outside of therapy, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, playing pickleball, and hanging out with her two cats.

Dr. Amanda Robinett was born and raised in Northwest Ohio. She attended Delta High School, where she played basketball. Dr. Robinett earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Cleveland State University and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Toledo. She has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and is certified in LSVT BIG therapy for Parkinson’s. Outside of physical therapy, Amanda enjoys hiking, traveling, spinning, and spending time with family and her two dogs, Khloe and Kona.

Dr. Janet Allen was born and raised in Southwest Michigan and graduated from Gull Lake High School. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Western Michigan University. Outside of physical therapy, she loves snow skiing, playing pickleball, wake surfing, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her dog Chapman.

Dr. Chelsea Jones was born and raised in Brownsburg, Indiana. She attended Cardinal Ritter High School, where she played golf and tennis. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s of Science in Education and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Dayton. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys doing pilates, running half marathons and local 5ks, traveling to visit her siblings, and going to see musicals.

Dr. Ryan Reimschisel is a long-time resident of Fort Wayne, originally from New Haven. He graduated from Blackhawk Christian High School before earning his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Taylor University and later completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Trine University. Ryan is passionate about providing high-quality care in the outpatient setting, where he enjoys the opportunity to treat a diverse range of conditions and patient needs. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys staying active through sports, running, hiking, and traveling. Dr. Ryan is proud to serve the Fort Wayne community and is committed to helping his patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
