I’m Bri, and I help throwing athletes with nagging arm pain build the strength, durability, and confidence to perform at their best.
Too often, athletes get stuck in a frustrating cycle:
Pain shows up → they push through it → it gets worse → they rest → it feels better → they start throwing again → the pain returns.
The problem isn’t always that they’re doing too much.
Often, they haven’t built the capacity their sport demands.
That’s why my approach goes beyond simply chasing symptoms. I focus on helping athletes develop a stronger, more resilient body that can handle the demands of throwing, training, and competing.
Through individualized coaching, athletes lreceive:

• A customized rehab and training plan
• Ongoing support and feedback
• Education to better understand their body
