POV: you realize the “best pregnancy support” isn’t just your OB. 👀

If I was pregnant tomorrow and building my dream support team, these are the 3 providers I would prioritize every single time:

• a Webster-certified prenatal chiropractor
• a pelvic floor PT
• a prenatal massage therapist who actually understands the pregnant body

Because pregnancy isn’t just about “making it to delivery.”
It’s about preparing your body WELL for birth, recovery, and postpartum too.

I want moms to stop normalizing:
❌ constant pain
❌ leaking
❌ severe pelvic pressure
❌ feeling disconnected from their body
❌ “surviving” pregnancy

You deserve support. You deserve education. You deserve providers who specialize in this season.

And honestly, this is exactly why I created my pregnancy workbooks too-> to make expert guidance more accessible between appointments and for moms who may not have access to an entire birth team. 🤍

There’s science to what I do.
There’s skill to what I do.
But there’s also so much heart behind it.

Prenatal chiropractic isn’t just “cracking backs.” It’s understanding biomechanics, nervous system regulation, soft tissue tension, baby positioning, movement patterns, birth prep, postpartum recovery, and how to care for women in one of the most vulnerable and transformative seasons of life.

Every adjustment, release, stretch recommendation, and conversation is intentional. 🤍

And honestly? That’s why I created my pregnancy workbooks too.
Because I wanted moms to have affordable, practical support at home between appointments, not just when they’re on my table.

Inside the workbooks you’ll find:
• trimester-specific stretches
• mobility + movement guidance
• labor prep tips
• positioning recommendations
• realistic ways to feel better during pregnancy

They’re designed to help you move through pregnancy with more confidence, less pain, and better preparation for birth.

My pregnancy workbooks are literally one of the most cost-effective things you can buy for pregnancy prep 🤍

Because feeling better in pregnancy shouldn’t require spending thousands of dollars or endlessly Googling at 2am.

These are 3 of the biggest things I recommend to my pregnant patients over and over:
→ walking daily
→ hydration + electrolytes
→ Spinning Babies movement/yoga

Simple habits truly matter.

But if you want the FULL breakdown of what to do throughout pregnancy - stretches, movement, positioning, labor prep, workouts, symptom support, and routines organized week-by-week…

that’s exactly why I created my pregnancy workbooks.

I made them after treating thousands of pregnant women in clinic because most moms are overwhelmed and just want someone to tell them:
“Okay…what should I ACTUALLY be doing?”

Saturday morning thoughts from a prenatal chiropractor between patients 🤍

One thing I didn’t fully understand until I became pregnant myself was just how physically demanding pregnancy can be.

Sometimes it’s not even “pain” in the dramatic sense… it’s the constant pulling, pressure, hip tightness, sacrum pain, restless sleep, or waking up feeling like your body ran a marathon overnight.

So much of what I do in clinic is helping moms understand why something hurts, because once you understand the mechanics, you can actually start supporting your body better instead of just “dealing with it.”

Today we talked:
• sacrum pain vs tailbone pain
• hypermobility in pregnancy
• sleep positioning
• pillow support
• muscle release + movement modifications

Pregnancy is hard on the body.
You’re not weak for feeling it 🤍

And sometimes the little changes make the biggest difference.

If these “walk and talk” style videos are helpful, let me know what topic I should cover next 👇🏼

That sharp pulling feeling in the front of your hip or lower belly?

That’s often your psoas + round ligaments getting tight as your body adapts to baby growing.

And most moms either:
• ignore it
• stretch the wrong thing
• or just hope it goes away

This is one of the simplest ways to open that entire front line of your body — from your hip all the way into your abdomen.

I use this with my pregnant patients all the time because it:
✔️ reduces tension
✔️ improves movement
✔️ helps your body stay balanced as baby grows

Do this daily — especially in your 2nd and 3rd trimester 🤍

And if you want the full routine I give my patients (exactly what to do throughout pregnancy)…

Comment WORKBOOK if you want the full routine I give my patients (what to do + when to do it throughout pregnancy)…

Most moms are told to “just walk” when labor slows down…

But if baby doesn’t have space to move,
you can walk all day and still feel stuck.

This is one of my go-to movements I use with pregnant patients
to help open the pelvis, create balance, and give baby room to descend.

It’s simple, but it works with your body instead of against it —
especially if things feel uneven, tight, or not progressing the way you expected.

Do this during pregnancy + keep it in your back pocket for labor 🤍

If you’re pregnant and dealing with tight hips, low back pressure, or that constant “pulling” feeling…

Don’t skip your hamstrings.

This is one of the most overlooked pieces of pregnancy mobility—but it matters more than people think.

Your hamstrings attach into your pelvis, which means when they’re tight, they can literally limit how your pelvis moves.

And in pregnancy + labor, we want:
• mobility
• balance
• space

Not restriction.

This is why approaches like BirthFit and Spinning Babies both emphasize balanced tension + functional movement—not just random stretching.

When your hamstrings can lengthen and relax, your pelvis can move more freely…
and that’s exactly what your body needs during labor.

Simple. Effective. Underrated.

Save this and add it into your daily routine 🤍

If you’re pregnant and your body is starting to feel it…
this is where I’d start 🤍

Not complicated. Not overwhelming.
Just a few intentional movements that actually make a difference.

These help:
• open your hips
• take pressure off your low back
• relieve that deep front-of-hip tension
• support circulation (especially later on)

And the best part?
You don’t need an hour. You just need consistency.

I tell my patients this all the time—
it’s not about being perfect… it’s about giving your body what it needs, consistently.

Do these daily and you’ll feel the difference 🔥

This is one of the simplest things I have my pregnant patients add in… and it makes a big difference 🤍

The forward leaning inversion helps:
✨ reduce tension through the low back
✨ improve pelvic mobility
✨ give your body more room to adapt as baby grows

And no—this isn’t about being perfect or doing everything “right.”

It’s about giving your body small, consistent inputs that help it move better and feel better throughout pregnancy… and yes, that carries into labor too.

Most women are told to “just stretch” or “just walk”…
but how you move matters.

If this one feels good for your body, it’s absolutely worth adding in 🔥
